DIGITAL SOVEREIGNTY FOR TODAY’S ARMED FORCES

FUTUREPROOF WITHOUT LOCK-IN

Fleets of modern unmanned systems require a command and control (C2) system that is sovereign, vendor-independent, and futureproof but proprietary solutions only partially meet these requirements.

STARK enables its military partners to deploy a modular open systems architecture (MOSA) to command unmanned swarms, counter-UAS assets and EW systems without vendor lock-in.

FULL DIGITAL SOVEREIGNTY

The MOSA C2 system is fully owned by the government. Development, operation, and maintenance remain entirely under the user’s control.

FULL DATA ACCESS ACROSS PLATFORMS

MOSA C2 allows military users to access and connect individual data streams across unmanned platforms and pipe them into sovereign data bases for AI development and training.

STANDARDISATION AS AN ECOSYSTEM ENABLER

Standardised interfaces and core applications form the foundation for an ecosystem-oriented approach to defense, in which partners from the military and industry build solutions based on clearly defined and proven components. This also enables new players to access the ecosystem.

INTEROPERABILITY AND IT-SECURITY BY DESIGN

The MOSA C2 system integrates seamlessly across NATO and national IT systems - its core is tested vigorously against unauthorized access and cyber attacks.

We bring extensive experience from the development and deployment of our Minerva C2 software that has been proven in reconnaissance and strike operations. We offer a suite of integrations for interoperability throughout battle management systems and across unmanned platforms. Modular layers complete the architecture for additional features across mission management, sensor-data fusion and mission effects.

Proven architecture

We directly transfer established architectures and best practices from Minerva C2 into the open-architecture development process. We jointly develop and localize the MOSA C2 system with our governmental partners to ensure it is consistently aligned with current and future operational needs.

Modular flexibility

We provide bespoke modules to extend the capabilities of the sovereign MOSA C2 core for specific applications. These modules act as layers within the MOSA framework, connected through a standardized interface, that allows for flexibility, scalability and vendor-independent software integration.

Our approach is vendor-agnostic and standardised in the way it integrates unmanned systems into the military decision-making process. We provide a sovereign SDK for easy integration and automation of testing and assurance of proprietary unmanned platforms.
